Latest Cravings
I am a little off the edge. Yes, it is from over eating all the junk food esp at mom's place. The excuse was that it is CNY. Feelin' so bloated this morning. When my sis-in-law asked if I've been to the gym, I thought she was complementing my ahem, toned up body. But, she kinda say I gained weight.
Fine. Perhaps, I have got "bigger" and I must admit the "lurve handles" are quite unsightly. Urgh. Imagine having them shown to the two Filipino "hunks" from The Amazing Race Asia 2. I swear they'll have a fun time bitching about it. fyi, please join me and pray hard they do not win. Seriously. I think the law of attraction doesnt apply anymore once they show their true bitchy "colours."
Enough 'bout that. I wanna talk about my latest cravings ... I was also a little off the edge after reading all the reviews (and spending RM38.50 for a magazine) of the "Baby D3." Unfortunately, it wasn't a toy, nor it is the sequel to CJ7. It's the latest DSLR from Nikon and this is the successor of the D200. To sum it up, it kicks ass.
I'm just waiting for Uncle's shop to be opened after CNY to fondle at this "Baby." And, the best part? It's RRP at RM6,388, BODY ONLY! *Gulp* They say, "make thoughts into things." I'd say hell yeah! Tick tock ...

Mails ... Maps ... Weather ... Stocks ... Notes ...
You know I am talking about the latest version of iPod Touch, right? Just when I thought the iPod Touch was a lame cousin of iPod Classic with the only feature or features that is the multi-touch screen technology and Accelorometer (Ok, and Wi-fi), they came out with more add-ons! And more storage, too, like, 32G. I think those who have owned an iPod Touch will be quite upset since the upgrades are only available in the States.
Sony Ericsson (SE) has finally released the W960i mobile phone which has Wi-fi, 3.5G, Blueberry, 3.5MP camera and and touch-screen capabilities. That's a mouthful.
The salesman who introduced the phone to me at the SE boutique just now did such a good job saying all that in one breath. Seriously. Visit SE's at the Pavilion. Anyways, I almost had it at hello. Almost. So close.
It is a really good mobile phone with fantastic features and great looking to wank, too. I mean, to show off, too. It did not disappoint a tad bit after months of waiting. Suffice to say, these are all but just my latest cravings.
Back to work *Sigh*

imamamaterial Kid
Did I say I have been shopping for a smart phone? I did right. Brain damage lately. It is down to these two fellas ...
OH CRAP! My apologies. I got distracted by JRM. And, yeah, since I've posted the wrong picture, let's talk about JRM for a bit. Check out the super hot photos on latest Details. Damn! I need to hit the gym more often now.
Oh, yeah. Smart phones.

Yes. These are the two phones from the same manufacturers. I have been checking out P1i at the local phone retailers, read tonnes of reviews online and off the mag stand :P ... I'm quite convinced but the buzz is on the W960i now BECAUSE it is packed with 8G of storage, touch-screen (must got touch-screen mah!) and a lot funkier looking. Maybe I shall wait *squinting*
Whilst browsing for smart phones, I detoured a little bit and checked out JRM and other hot celebrities. Amongst them are this super-hot "new kid" on the choc-a-block digital cameras industry.
Ricoh GR Digital II
I know I know. Ricoh aint your regular Canon and Canon. Or Nikon; but, read what it has to offer and check out the sample images taken from this camera. This baby is bundled with lotsa features I think I can leave my DSLR home when I am traveling. It's so friggin compact and pretty darn good looking, too.
.....
First day of November.
It is like the first day you called me all the way from Australia and we spoke about many things that I could vaguely remember. Pardon my memories. Must be the caffeine that is slowly damaging my brain cells

The Big BANG Theory
About almost a month ago, I was completely oblivious with the technology of Blackberry, what it is and how it is such a must-have items for "busy businessmen/women".
The only time I have seen or heard of it is from the full colour telco-ad on our local dailies promoting their Blackberry service. At that time, I was drawn to the coloured ad than the device. I guess I was not the "target market". But since I am getting a little busier now and needs to check email more often than before, I am currently shopping for a smart phone! Not a Blackberry tho' it does fall into the category of a smart phone.
While browsing for reviews on the internet, I came across many, many smart phones from big names like Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, iPhone (of cos) and.... BANG & OLUFSEN.
YEAP. These guys who is the LV of the music players, and speakers (tho' I'm suspecting that their status is slowly dwindling). So, they got Samsung to work on a smart phone with music players etc and voila!
If you asked me, aesthetically, I hate it much. It looks like a very bad design phone and dialling the numbers is such a fuss. Its too time consuming and I don't think anyone wants to be caught carrying such an ugly shape phone. Not me man. The rest of the upcoming models by the big players (read: Nokia & Samsung) are very much modeled after the iPhone. I reckon they also want to ride on the iPhone bandwagon and make megabucks like Steve Jobs.
We shall see.
PS: I really am not trying to be a tech/gadget reviewer. I am merely um, reviewing AS a user's point of view. So some information might be wrong. What the hell *shrugs*
